Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products: Items purchased online or in-store may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable: Memberships, Gift cards, Golf cart shed rentals, Clearance or final sale items.
2. Return Process
Online Purchases: Customers must contact Wapsi Oaks Golf + Social via email, phone, or visit us in-store to initiate a return. Instructions for shipping the item back will be provided.
In-Store Purchases: Items may be returned directly to our store during business hours.
Condition: Returned items must be in resalable condition. Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be denied a refund.
3. Refunds
Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for eligible items within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective of Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
6. Local Pickup Returns
Items picked up locally can be returned in-store following the same eligibility rules.
